 Here is a list of the most Frequently Asked Questions about renting Breeze Mansion (villa) through us. Take a quick look - you should find your question here. If not, please email our team on email and we'll have an answer for you as soon as possible.
 
Q: Aren't villas more expensive than a hotel?
A: As you explore the Breeze villa we represent you'll see that many villas are often much cheaper than prices of hotels of the same quality standard. Villa rentals offer more privacy, more comfort, and more freedom than hotel rooms. When you factor in all the benefits and amenities of a private villa, you'll quickly realize that villas offer superb value. (Remember to compare rates per room/ per night).
Q: Are the rates per person or for the entire villa?
A: Our rates are for the entire villa.
Q: On which day do villa bookings usually commence?
Our Mansion (villa) stipulate a particular day. Please check to our Booking system.
 
Q: What is the required length of stay?
A: Normally a minimum 6-night stay is required. We accept shorter stays (5 nights), especially if it is close to your departure date or during the low season. Please note: a premium rate for shorter stays may be required.
 
Q: What are the check in and check out times?
A: Access to villa will be after 2pm to allow for cleaning and have to be vacated by 10am on day of departure unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.
 
Q: Is it possible to organise a late check out?
A: To guarantee a late check out from the villa you will need to book and pay for an additional nights stay, which will allow you to stay in the villa until your departure for the airport. If you prefer you can wait until you are in resort and speak with the villa owner/property manager directly. Generally a late check out can only be confirmed a few days before your scheduled departure as it depends on whether an arrival is expected in to the villa and whether cleaning schedules can be organised to accommodate. This is granted at the villa owner/property manager's discretion and unfortunately cannot be guaranteed. Depending on the number of extra hours required a small fee may apply.
 
Q: What is included in the welcome basket pack?

Q: How often will the villa be cleaned?
A: If your stay is for a duration of 6 nights or less, then the villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival and following your departure. If your stay is for 7 nights or more, in addition to the pre-arrival and post departure cleaning, a mid stay clean will be carried out. This is a light clean inside the property involving the dusting of surfaces, cleaning of bathrooms and kitchens, sweeping and mopping of floors and will include a change of bed linen and towels.
 
Q: What does maximum occupancy mean?
A: This is the maximum number of people the villa will accommodate (excluding infants). The villa owner reserves the right to refuse entry to the villa, or evict from the villa, if the number of persons occupying the property exceeds the stated maximum amount at anytime (7 tenants maximum).
 
Q: Is a security deposit required?
A: At the vast majority of our properties a security deposit is not currently required. Our accommodation is made available for letting on the understanding that the property will be left clean and tidy at the time of checkout and all personal waste removed from the property. You will be held responsible for any damage or breakages to the property during your stay. These must be reported to the villa owner/property manger immediately and appropriate compensation made so that the villa can be fully equipped for the next guests.
 
Q: Who will look after me during my stay?
A: Prior to your arrival you will be provided with the 24 hour local contact number for the person responsible for the property in which you are staying. If they are not able to meet you on arrival at the villa, rest assured they will call round to see you during your first 24 hours to introduce themselves, make sure you have settled in and answer any questions you may have regarding the property, its facilities, equipment, appliances etc.
 
Q: How will I find the villa?
A: Once the payment for your booking -according to our terms-has been received and you have advised us of your full flight details, we will send you (by email) comprehensive driving directions from the relevant arrival airport to the front door of your accommodation. But normal you don't need it. If you follow our map in the web site you can find all the possible route's frrom airport or port to come to mansion. 
 
Q: How will I arrived the villa?
A: There is to options. You can book for a taxi, alernative we collaborate with a local finest rent car business.  
 
Q: How is payment made?
A: Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard or Debit Card with a card processing fee of  0%. Alternatively payments can be made by bank transfer with deposite 50% to Alpha Bank in the Greece.  
 
Q: Can a baby cot and highchair be provided?
A: At the vast majority of villas both a baby cot and highchair can be provided free of charge, please refer to the villa description to check on your specific villa/s. If more than one of each item is required, this can usually be arranged for a small fee. Please contact us for more details. 
 
Q: Are your villa Star Ratings similar to those given to hotels?
Our Star Ratings are based not only on the quality and facilities of the villa, but also the location, privacy and views. They are purely to give a guide to compare with our other villas and are not the same grading as used by hotels.
